These terms and conditions apply to all purchases completed on AKB Collective. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all submitted details, including name, shipping address, and email, are correct.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK). Available payment options are presented during checkout. Transactions are handled securely through certified payment gateways.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery time is typically 10–15 business days. Delivery times may extend during busy peak seasons. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email if available for your parcel.
5. Returns
You have a 14-day right of return starting from the date you receive your items. Please contact our support before returning an item to receive the appropriate return instructions.
6. Claims and Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible with order details, description of the issue, and photos.
